The vets and techs are always so patient and kind with our super shy and skittish dog. It is clear that they really care about all of the animals that come in the door. And they are great about fitting us into the schedule when something urgent comes up. We used to live very close and recently moved out to Lakewood; nonetheless, we insist on bringing our dog here for all of his veterinary needs.
I love Tender Touch! My puppy has received excellent care from the staff and Dr. Barr. You can tell they all really love what they do, as they provide warm-hearted care for your furry friends.

I had such a positive experience. The technician and the veterinarian were so sweet to our nervous cat and were also patient with my extra talkative kids. The pricing was really fair.
I moved near Tender Touch shortly after my previous Vet left the practice we used to visit across town. I decided to take a chance since it's within walking distance. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff was friendly and my wait was short. Dr. Barnett was so calm and gentle with my buddy who was uneasy and a touch afraid. She was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easily understood. I also felt like the pricing less than my previous vet.

I have been CVT for 12 years, but am no longer working in a clinic setting. Finding a clinic I trust is no easy task, especially since this is my first time being the client.
