I cannot express how much I enjoy taking our three dogs to Tender Touch. It started with taking our oldest in when we knew something was wrong and other vets failed to see that he had cushings disease. Dr. Barnett saw the issues right away and referred us to a specialist in the area. The follow up care by Dr. Graff was excellent 10/10 and I could not have asked for a better team to trust our dogs health to. From beginning to end Tender Touch has been there for Mr. Lucky and me (RIP dear Mr. Lucky). Always knowledgeable, compassionate and ready to listen and take as much time as needed to address my concerns and questions. They truly got my relationship with Mr. Lucky and understood the kind of care I wanted for him. Options, no pressure, just the best care possible throughout the journey from young dog to geriatric - go nowhere else!

I took my 10 year old hound mix/BFF here today for the first time for an annual exam. I've been to almost 10 vets in my moves across country, and this is probably the best I've been to. 1) Easy to schedule an appointment. I did this online, and the front desk called right away to make sure one of my concerns didn't need to be seen urgently. 2) Check out happens in the room, so the lobby only has like one other animal in it. Wonderful staff! Every visit they help both of us feel comfortable and cared for. My pup got in the trash and ate some chocolate brownie; I called right away and while on the phone realized she ate some plastic too. The team at TT suggested I bring her in to make sure she was okay. Her heart was racing when they took her back, so they spent time calming her down and loving on her to make sure it was nerves and not the chocolate (a racing heart is a symptom of chocolate poisoning, btw). This is the best vet. They are so attentive, friendly and responsive. I most appreciate that they do not judge the choices I make as it pertains to my pets, as I feel so many vets do. My dog has been diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Barr offered the several options available to me and made it clear that she supported the choice that is best for our family, budget, and pet. This is such an excellent place! My beloved Bentley, a 10 year old Coton de Tulear, experienced seizures and ultimately a brain tumor, before I had to let him go a few weeks ago. Throughout his 10 months of treatment with a wonderful neurologist, Dr. Thiessen, Dr. Graff, and Dr. Barr also occasionally had to administer treatment as he had many ups and downs. I've taken my dog here for two years, and my kitten just had his first annual check. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and the vets are thoughtful and efficient. I've already referred friends here and will continue to do so going forward.

This is such such a good place to take your pets. I take both of my kittens there. The vets know them both by name and remember a lot about them. They're very sweet and truly care about you and your animal. They also don't make you take unnecessary trips, occasionally they'll call you in something so you don't have to go through the hassle of bringing in your pets. Reasonable prices and online appointment system if you want! Parking lot, too.
