I moved near Tender Touch shortly after my previous Vet left the practice we used to visit across town. I decided to take a chance since it's within walking distance. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. The staff was friendly and my wait was short. Dr. Barnett was so calm and gentle with my buddy who was uneasy and a touch afraid. She was also extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easily understood. I also felt like the pricing less than my previous vet.

I have been CVT for 12 years, but am no longer working in a clinic setting. Finding a clinic I trust is no easy task, especially since this is my first time being the client. This is the only vet we will ever bring our pets to. Dr. T is our primary vet and she is incredible with our two dogs and two cats. During crisis situations, she and the whole team at Tender Touch are as comforting and supportive of the humans as they are of the pets. We can not recommend this practice enough.

I love Dr. Graf and Gwen. They provide excellent care for my dogs. I have also seen other doctors and techs at Tender Touch and they are also amazing. What I like about Tender Touch and their staff is they love animals and are professional in their care. They take time to establish a relationship with me and my four legged conpanions. I have a passion for sighthounds and they are very knowledgable about their special anesthesia needs.
