From 3/2023 to present the leadership has a rate talent that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever encountered. They can look you straight in the eye, make promises, smooze you, tell you they will be taking care of you - all the while they just want to take your money. If you want terrible service this is where you will encounter it.

Business response:

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at our dealership. We strive to provide excellent customer service and it appears that we fell short in your case. We would appreciate any feedback you have on how we can improve our service. At your earliest convenience, please reach out to Mark Topham at (817)601-3575 or Mtopham@texasnissan.com to discuss this further.

Worst experience ever. Bought a used car that was listed as $17,900. I put $12,000 down. At signing, they had me sign with a mouse on the computer and then they added my digital signature to all the paperwork without letting me see any of them. They also tried to sell me a service plan which I said no to several times because I don’t live near the dealership. They finally told me they we’re giving me the service plan for free. I said “okay, but like I said, I won’t use it because I live too far away to bring the car back for... read more

RUN AWAY. Do NOT trust the reviews on Google. Look at other sites and see how bad they are. These people will bait and switch you and swindle you out of your money. Bought a 2019 Hyundai from them and within a week, the transmission went out entirely. It cost $4,000 to replace it and they didn't care at all. Even the transmission shop I took the car to knew this dealership's terrible reputation by name. A different dealer that looked at the transmission even mentioned that he thought they engine codes may have been wiped so ... read more

Bought a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder which the used vehicle salesman and sales manager "claimed" had gone through a multipoint checklist. Drove it home, 50 miles, and turned heater on due to the cold temp. Unfortunately, it never got hot. Called the salesperson next business day as this happened on a Saturday. Was advised to bring it in for service. After diagnosing the service advisor informed me that he had spoken to the sales manager who said they would not take care of the repair. SEEMS ODD TO ME THAT THE VEHICLE WENT THROUGH... read more

Thank you for taking the time to write your review. We are truly sorry we were unable to provide you with a 5-star experience. Despite our dealership’s commitment to accommodate customer needs and requests as much as possible, there are limits to what we can do. We take pride in our customer service and have always put the interest of our customers ahead of our own when possible. We empathize with your situation and hope that you are able to find resolution for your needs.

Terrible dealer. We got a quote via email stating our price out the door. Once we arrived for final test drive and i had asked about repairs (saleguy said no repairs) he started talking about "running the numbers". I said why? We have your price out the door with everything even taxes etc. Then he said they had spent money on the car including repairs, even though he 5 minutes earlier had stated no repairs when I asked about a bad paint job. Finally the sales manager came and offered to cut the fee in half. At that point we ... read more

When we decided on this vehicle we knew what problems needed to be fixed and were promised those repairs would be done as soon as possible. The AC was not working and the headliner had been torn out. this vehicle has a huge moonroof, almost 3/4th of the roof of the car is one big very slightly tinted window. Keep in mind this is Texas and is extremely warm 9 months out of the year. The first and only repair that was done was an issue in that they said they would order the AC compressor and call us to deliver the car and the ... read more

I just recently purchased a newer Cadillac Escalade from this dealership. I have some good to say but more bad than good. I found this car online on Cargurus and Cars.com liked it and was contacted immediately. Brandon B the salesman contacted me and started to work with me and answered questions that I had and sent videos and pictures promptly of the vehicle. That went all good but when it got to talking about numbers, they didn’t really budge much at all and they take pride in selling vehicles at the top end of retail. Aft... read more

DO NOT BUY HERE Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from them in November; exactly a week after purchasing, the check engine light comes on. We called the dealership and took it in to see what the issue was but, unfortunately, they were not able to diagnose it. We took it to a Hyundai dealership and they let us know that it would need a whole new transmission and the mechanic who helped us mentioned that the engine codes had been wiped before we purchased it, which he said was slightly ... read more

Horrible experience! I will be telling every single person who will listen that this dealership is the most shady and unprofessional dealership that I have ever set foot in and to avoid it at all costs!

Too bad we cannot leave a 0. Worst used car experience ever. Hidden fees, dishonest sales pros. Unprofessional sales managers, etc. etc. etc. I wished we had checked the feedback on this dealership before we wasted our time going there. Be warned!
