The price that was originally advertised on the car gurus only was honored only after I almost left the dealership. The frustrating experience was loosing there a lot of time for the routine of bargaining. The price for my trade in was not honored. My car was old, but in decent condition. The price for it was given outrageously low. I guess they use the tactics of draining the customer till they can’t withstand anymore and want to leave.

Be careful, they reset the check engine lights, costing over $800 on a 2023 Rouge that we only had for 3 days!!! Said they would cover all the repairs and didn’t!

The wait time for a simple oil change was over 2 hours, with a scheduled appointment. That is ridiculous.

Samantha was my service advisor and she was amazing! She was very knowledge and was willing to help any way she could to get my vehicle repaired. She got me in quickly and made sure I was taken care of. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t have had my car repairs done at this dealership. The sales department on the other hand was AWFUL!! They were rude and lost two more possible sales because the sales manager I spoke with on the phone wouldn’t even consider helping me out. I came here twice while my car was still under my MPP and i mentioned problems with hearing a noise when I would turn the wheel and I specifically asked twice about my tie rods/struts and neither time was I told it was an issue. Now I came back after my warranty as expired and im being told my struts are shot and need to be replaced and was quoted ~$1700 for it. This was my last time doing business with this dealership.

old school sales team running on a minimum budget, full of good people but limited experience, tools and expertise. Took 4 hours to get paper work together so they could actually take my money and let me buy the car on the lot. Sales team is courteous, but my main complaint is the outdated price inflation tactics and the time it took to get out the door.

I think it’s ridiculous that you want to charge me a $100 a day for car storage. Especially over the holidays when you were closed. Also, your tint guy isn’t going to be in for the next few days so I was unable to leave my van there. I would not recommend you.
