No updates on car and no customer service. I waited 2.5 hours Just not the service I was expecting

Purchased upfront a 5 oil change package get one free. My next and final prepaid scheduled oil change I arrived 200 miles before expired mileage and two months early per Nissan sticker on my windshield to ensure no issues and was told the package expired last month, it will cost $90.00! Last oil change the technician assured me that as long as I come in before miles on Nissan sticker they would honor the package. Not true! I requested Zatek appointment, oil change and tire rotation picked up six hours later told me the bill was 80 knowing tire rotation is an extra 30. When I asked why about the rotation he stated it's included but it was not on transcript and I verified by remember my tires and there placement.

I am formally lodging a serious complaint regarding the conduct of Robert Sweeney and his supervisor, whose actions demonstrate clear dishonesty, misrepresentation, and unethical billing practices. The complimentary car wash was very poor. Additionally, the dealership did not install the front license plate, which resulted in a police warning. When I asked them to install the front plate during my oil change, I was told they sell vehicles as-is and they refused to address the issue.

This used to be my go to shop! Always taken care of always great people to help. I know things change and people move on, but it’s not like it used to be. Service was done well, but just miss the friendly attentive people.
