My husband wanted me to check out a car here and I really wanted one from another dealership but I went anyway and loved the car. Was told I would need to put a card down to hold it and said that was fine. The salesman left and another gentleman came in and said the price went up $70 a month on Wednesday (same day my husband got the lower quote.) sketchy behavior! Will never go back there again!

I bought a Nissan Sentra ,cash, a month ago and they still have not sent the tax and registration money they collected from me to the Tag office so i can get my title and plates. I have gone there 5 times, every time someone says he is the manager and he will follow up with accounting department and call me back, NO ONE calls back, I don't know what kind of shady business is this. Tried to jack up the price of the vehicle y almost 4000 for what they called a recondition fee

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Texas Nissan in Grapevine Tx on 5-31-23 with some unexplained circumstances we agreed to purchase a 2021 Nissan Rogue after we made the deal someone told us they couldn't sell the vehicle as it was not their property after we had made the deal 15,600, for sure around this number. Please be advised that once you start to discuss numbers they will bring out the paperwork with an additional $2,200 for reconditioning fees on top of the advertised price. I believe this is a very disingenuous business practice. I wasn’t going to fall for it and wasn’t going to use that bait as an negotiation tool. The sad part is that they do it and people fall for it.

Don't purchase here. ..price out a used car online including TTL. Took it to dealer to pay cash. They started in with the $2k recondition fees, etc...then called on their additional staff for the "intimidation try" which doesn't work on this old man. Long story short pay more somewhere else. How is this place in business?

STOP AND READ THIS. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Texas NIssan. I could not take immediate delivery because the air conditioning wasn't working and the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. My family went in and liked a vehicle. We slept on the deal, called, put a deposit down and filled out all info for financing even though we had outside financing already. 2 days later they still hadn't called. Salesman was "out" and manager found our paperwork not submitted. Manager let us know salesman was trying to sell the vehicle that day to someone else whiel they were "out." From 3/2023 to present the leadership has a rate talent that continues to destroy this dealership. After having purchase over 20 vehicles in my life the General Manager here is the most talented Liar ever encountered. They can look you straight in the eye, make promises, smooze you, tell you they will be taking care of you - all the while they just want to take your money. If you want terrible service this is where you will encounter it.
