Worst service i ever had. Wish I could give -5 stars. Never go there, these people will rip you off. There are plenty of Nissan dealers around who puts their customers first.

It was already a bad day. My fob got vacuumed up at the car wash and could not be found. Since the car was still run ing, I went to the Dealer in Denton that referred me to Irving because they had a fob. Several calls were made both to confirm they had the part, and that they would reserve it for me for an hour. Before that w as accomplished, we arrived at the dealership. Truly awful experience. They backed out of a commitment to rotate my tires for free if I bought the tires from them. For some reason couldn't do a transmission flush so they offered a drain and fill but in the end didn't do it. When I picked up my vehicle the check engine light was on. Just a customer service fail all around.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation, they ended up being more things that were found, which was totally fine, but the communication was the issue. I was told I could text that number and I was given a number to call however, I called multiple times and texted multiple times and received no communication. Ultimately this resulted in me, not having a ride organized and having to Uber, which was very disappointing. The dealership must be in trouble, they seem to be making it up in the service dept. The price for anything is no longer what you pay, there are all of sudden a bunch of fees tacked on at the end. I for one are tired of it. I am looking for a different location for service.

Our problem was not fixed. Still have issues with computer screen not coming on but they could not duplicate the issue while our vehicle was there for several days.
