If I could give a zero, then I would. They priced a pickup but when I asked about it they had a recon of $2500. They the leave off the list price. They would t ever give me a detailed quote, just a final price. Crooked and dishonest. I red the reviews and thought, well can’t be, trust me, it was!

1. They tried to charge us $3,000 conditional fee on top of the advertised price. 2. The sensor of the windshield was not working when we were buying the car and we pointed this to 2 of the sales people. They said it was like this because they just changed the wipers liquid and it will disappear after driving for a few miles. One month later, the sensor still gives an error on the dashboard which is very annoying. 3. I would leave 0 stars! I purchased a '07 used vehicle from them and the sales rep said, and I have his email, "This car has some visible interior damage, but all our cars get fully inspected and this one passed with flying colors". I agreed to the visible conditions and to replace 2 tires. The next day I had the car in to get the new tires and the mechanic said he could not believe someone let my son, a first-time driver, drive this car off the lot. The car I bought is still having the same issue I came in for twice I’m afraid it’s gonna quit somewhere I will never purchase a Nissan or recommend and it’s a 2021 sentra

The contract was drawn up with a mistake. The purchase price of the car was entered incorrectly by $6000. This altered everything in my contract and they refuse to fix it. Everyone I have spoken to has been rude and discourteous.

People make mistakes. But to make this mistake and not fix it is dishonest. the advertised purchase price of the car is documented. The contract has an incorrect purchase price. The decent thing to do is fix this error. Refusing to fix this error is dishonest.

Do not recommend them for purchasing your vehicles. None of the sales men have any knowledge of the cars in their lot. Please read the car fax on your vehicle of interested. I came three different times, once last month. No cars interested in. Looked online found a great car for a good deal. Came in spoke to Chris he showed us the vehicle we were unable to test drive because they lost the keys, and apparently have had them lost for 3 days now. I went to trade in my car for a used truck that was not at the dealership but at a nearby auction where it was about to be sold. They were willing to go get it for me because I wanted to see the truck before I bought it (obviously). When we picked up the truck, it was dirty, stained, and the mileage was 5k higher than advertised. Run don't walk away from this dealership! They will scam you. The advertised price of their vehicles are deceiving because when you sit down to go over numbers you will notice a $3,500.00 "reconditioning fee" that they add to the price. They justify this fee by stating that it covers any unexpected issues with the vehicle after you drive off the lot but any dealership that would add this fee to the price will also not stand behind the repair in my opinion.
