I like this dealership, but i had purchased a new car less than a year ago and had to pay way more for services than i thought, plus difficult to get ahold of.

I originally planned to get two new tires and a new muffler installed before purchasing my used vehicle. The process took a bit longer than expected, as the parts had to be sourced from another dealer, and there were some delays due to short staffing and sickness among the mechanics. However, once the work was completed after about a week, everything was done correctly, and I was very satisfied with the result.

It was a pretty easy experience buying a car from this dealership. Our sales person, Chris, was very helpful and patient. We were able to test drive a couple of different cars and we were given cost information that included the tax, title, and fees so we knew the total cost. I don’t like surprises of any kind, so it was great knowing the total and being able to write a check for that exact amount.
