I cannot stand this location. Their salesman are pushy, and untrustworthy. All they want is a sale and to get their commission and that's it.. Recently, they had reached out seeing if they could buy my car back because they were "low" in my specific car. I told the gentleman, Miguel, that if I was interested, I would call. Well they have called me non stop, almost day after day, and I keep telling him if I was interested I would let HIM know. I then get a call Saturday from a sales person wondering "why I didn't make it to m... read more
We purchased 5 Nissans from Texas Nissan since 2013. We received a sales call asking if we would like to trade in one of our cars for new one. Promised to give us good deal etc. My husband and I went in and wasted 3 hours with uninformed sales people and managers who then offered us a terrible deal at 12%. All the other cars we purchased had very low or 0.00%. Realizing we had responded to a cold sales call and not one based on our customer relationship, I asked to make sure our names were removed from the sales list. We con... read more
OMG - Went to look at a used Nissan Truck they wanted to up charge me $3000 dollars because of repairs they had made? Promoted this was Berkshire Hathaway company like that adds credibility. They brought the first offer to show and it was over $18K for a truck listed at $13997.00? I can buy a new Frontier for less than that price. (or can I). I even had my own financing arranged.... (So frustrated with this experience) Yes, I question the integrity of this company and their business practices and would warn any customer thi... read more
The new sleaze in used car sales seems to be to publish a great price on your website and then add "dealer added options" to the price when you've got a buyer. In Texas Nissan's case, they talked all about their 137-point inspection process without mentioning that they add a surcharge for that. When we told them we didn't want the dealer added options, they said the work was already done so they couldn't. To me, if you need to recoup a cost, you include that in the price, not try to slip it in hoping the buyer doesn't noti... read more
I originally bought my car at Texas Nissan and the car buying experience was great. My issues lie with the financing team. When I purchased the car I was told by an associate who no longer works there that I would get a servicing plan that would include about 5 oil changes in 12 months. I got my first oil change, no problem. I go back to get my second oil change and the service guy tells me that my service package was only for 12 months or 12,000 miles. So I only got one oil change out of that. I go back to the financing dep... read more
Just bought a used car two months ago. Just the other day I was detailing my car and popped the hood to see if I couldnt put the nissan emblem back on and noticed that the battery was wedged in against the fuse box with a bungie cord, ?cabinet hinge?, with a sponge and plastic light switch cover keeping in in place against said fuse box. It usually wouldn't worry me because I myself like to try and fix things on my own. But I paid almost 3 grand on top of the 6 the car was worth for "dealer preparation fees" for this to be o... read more
They add things like pin stripes and locking lug nuts to every car so they can charge you more. Of course you don't have the option to remove them to save money. The first thing they do when you show up with your trade-in is take your keys to "check it out." Good luck getting your keys back if negotiations break down. We had a terrible experience buying a used car there and, a few years later when we were ready for a new car, I foolishly thought that we could have a better experience on their new car lot. Wrong. Worst experience ever!! Sales team didn't do what I ask for. Would not recommend this dealership. One star because I have to give them one. I took my business to another Nissan dealership that understood my needs. It's interesting how management or ownership only responds to the positive reviews, and are not even concerned with the customers they allowed to walk out with a bad experience there.
I have bout three cars from a dealership in my life and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life. A lot of half-truths and lies and embarrassment there was no straightforwardness at all I will never buy another car from this place and I would never suggest anyone comes to this place. I was strung alone until they got more money out of me. It was completely unprofessional and heartbreaking how I was treated because I had bad credit the only reason why I went ahead and bought the car is because I truly need... read more
