I got the things done on my car for the 6 month check up and they said I needed back tires and I told them I wanted Michelin tires. They said ok. Then 3 hours later they come back and say they don't have that size and are going to give me Goodyear tires in a higher bracket. I tell them I don't like them and want Michelin ones. But they say these are better and I've been there 3 hours and they still are not done with my car and I give in. Finance guy mislead the details and didn't disclose the finance charges. Be careful buying used.

I was waiting on service, received no notification when truck was ready. This was a return trip for prior service not completed. One item still not repaired and received no advice on that item. Did not turn off "maintenance required soon" notice on dash. Poor service

2 hour and45 minute wait for simple oil change! Maybe the need to hire more help!
Took the car in on a Monday told them tire light was on. Supposedly the inspection was all done but car came back with tire light still on. 1 week later have a dead battery and completely flat tire so not sure what they did if anything for the $400 paid.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! I overpaid by 3k thinking I was getting a good vehicle and the very next day after I brought it home I learned the oil was leaking, the sunroof was broken, and their was hail damage that the dealership won't fix.
Grapevine Toyota said jub would only take the afternoon to finish. Didn't get car back for 2 days. Service had no explanation and no follow up.
