Chase H. and Master Technician Blake R. provided outstanding advice and evaluation in such a professional manner. We scheduled a pre-own inspection of a Toyota FJ Cruiser we were very interested in buying. Their insights, hands-on explanation of things and genuine care for our safety down the road exceeded all expectations.
The Service Advisor suggested that the Service Manager ride along with me to help identify an annoying sound. That sealed the diagnosis and, even though the repair involved a part that was not in stock, my free rental car allowed me complete freedom until the work was done the next day.
Not expecting to add all of these services to having front breaks replaced would require and overnight for the car, but, Texas Toyota made sure I could get home and return the following day while the work was being done -- and it was done by 1000 AM the following day -- which was about six hours earlier than I had anticipated.
In addition to the above, they did the recall service on the electronic window switch.
Received great service!
I don't know if the fluids were checked or not, but I know they were not topped off because I did it myself when I got home.
