For the life of me I can't understand or wrap my head around how even with a scheduled appointment an oil change and routine maintenance check can lead to waiting for 3 and 1/2 hours, not being told when my car is even ready, my car being filthy on the inside when it was returned to me, and my tire pressure lower than when I arrived. Honestly, although this was covered by my free to your maintenance plan, I definitely should have paid to go somewhere else because this was absolutely pathetic.

One service item was done that I didn't want. Great. And 3 1/2 hours listening to 2 sound systems playing in the same space. Disco and 90s music simultaneously, awesome. And your toilets are leaking.

I came in with a tire slowly leaking air. After 3.5 hours they came back to me and said it was leaking air from a location that couldn't be repaired. The didn't process my tire warranty, didn't tell me how long it would take to get a new one, and then tried to sell me four new tires (or three if the one eventually was covered under warranty. Ugh! They forgot to put the undercarriage plate back on after the oil change. Needed to go back and get that put back and they lost one of the two screws.

Very bad salesperson. Never has salesperson personality. Not welcoming, wish not to buy from this dealership if did not like the car.
