Went in for an oil change. There was some oil spil on the engine cover near the fill point (minus 1 star), and it took about 45-50 minutes after the car was driven away to the service bay (minus another star). $77 total for an oil change seems slightly high...not sure what the $18 oil conditioner additive charge was (thought full synthetic by itself is good enough?).
