I was quoted a price for the service but ended up paying $100 more than quoted. Miscellaneous fees were added and I was not told about the 3% credit card fee. It took 3 hours to get my car and the entire infotainment center was no longer working when I got in my car. I then had to wait another hour for them to fix what they messed up. Will not return to this dealership for service.

Owner more focus BAD SERVICE.
The lady in service was not helpful at all. Does not care about the customers and does not care about the service. She had no knowledge about vehicles.
Two and a half hours for an oil change and 52 point inspection. After 2 hours truck had not been pulled into the shop yet. Advisor told me they took in 126 cars and only 84 like mine had appointments. People that came in after me were starting to leave already. Around 2.5 hours I noticed it was sitting outside. I inquired and was told it was ready. I looked underneath to make sure no oil was leaking and left. Got home to look it over closer and there were greasy hand prints on the hood.
