I went to Texas Toyota of Grapevine last weekend to trade in my old vehicle and look into buying a new one. Chris, my sales advisor was very helpful throughout the process. He assisted me in looking into various vehicles that I was interested in. Then after I made a decision of which vehicle to purchase, he did a great job in answering any remaining questions and ensured that the Trade in/new vehicle purchasing process went smoothly.
We had a great experience. We were placed in the hands of an owner who placed us in the hands of a very friendly and great sales guy Adam. He was very knowledgeable, funny and made us feel comfortable making the decision to buy my daughter’s car. Will definitely come back for my son’s car.

We had our car towed to the service department. David was very helpful to get our car repaired. When we went to pick it up we were looking to replace the car. Cesar Dominguez was the associate to show us two vehicles we were looking at. With the help of the sales manager we bought a 2023 Highlander. Duane Stice in finance was very professional setting up the details of the sale. We recommend Texas Toyota of Grapevine.
