they did a good job aligning the wheels. Both Carfax and them have incorrect data and so I was presented required services that had alreay been performed. I had to take an hour to verify both of you were incorrect. Carfax gets a 2 and Toyota gets a 4

Pricing to replace a couple air filters was overpriced. Also, my car was left in the bay where I had to wait for cars to be moved. However, I was told to exit out the entrance by one of the technicians moving the cars. I was hoping service would have been better at this location.

My service rep, David Fraga was great and knew the issue once I explained my problem and took care of it. He said it would take 3 hours and it was done in exactly 3 hours. Very pleased.
