Being nickled and aimed for service. They had decided to pass on 3% credit card charge to customers. They no longer provide car washes either.

Although the techs performed great servicing on my car, my service advisor should have been more attentive. It took only 50 minutes for the oil change per my invoice. I waited 2.5 hours because he didn't realize the paperwork was back on his desk until I asked him to check the status.
