It took a while to be approached on the service drive even though I was only one of two cars, and I was exactly on time for my scheduled appointment. The followup emails with additional recommended service included the thing I'd just had done.

Great staff. They took care of my recall.
I was greeted right away, the technician did a Diagnostic check, it took two days, but Toyota offered me a rental at their cost, and did not charge me for the diagnostic check, so I am very grateful
As always service was excellent and service representative was attentive and explained everything. Car was done when promised and cost was very reasonable.
Always expensive to get serviced at the dealership.
