The service advisor was awesome. She took care of all the issues with my vehicle even though I thought I was gonna have to come back to haven't worked on a second time. That was an excellent surprise. The service Tech forgot to put air in my tires so the service advisor actually took my vehicle back and made sure it was done right.

It took 3 hours for my oil change. An hour for an oil change is still excessive but my appointment was at 11 and i didnt get out until 245pm. Thats an extreme waste of my time when I paid the SAME price that I would at a quick lube. There is no difference in the oil as its the same so if you aren't able to complete oil changes somewhate quickly, theres not reason for me to continue to use you.
