Syed and the technician provided prompt and good service. The technician did leave a few smudge marks from the oil on the hood of the car, but other than that was great!
Car was conditioned for sale.
Just okay - I make an appt for 7:15 am and still not sure why as people just show up before me and get serviced first. Just misleading. Also dont appreciate the black grime the mechanics get on the roof and vidor of my car when replacing the sticker. Its impossible to get out and have a series of black smudges over the past few years.
Car was perfect. Unfortunately the service advisor forgot I was waiting in the lounge and left for the day. Luckily, I was able to retrieve my car.
Kristina was excellent. Very communicative; met all her commitments.
Normally servicing my car takes about 2 hours. It took 2.5 hours before I received information on the recommended service. And it was delivered via email, not my service advisor speaking with me. Then another 2 hours and 20 minutes before my car was ready. Never did the service advisor come update me. She did not even respond to the text I sent requesting updates. I had to go find her. The work the service technician seems to be fine but I was not happy with the service advisor, Sabrina.
