I typically do my own services but several oil changes were included when I purchased my Tacoma. They always want to upsell the recommended services, most of which are not on the maintenance list provided by Toyota, so far it has been a bottle of injector cleaner poured into the tank, which I have declined. No issues with the services they have provided, but when I set an appointment for an oil change, I do not want to spend 3 hours of the day waiting on a 20-minute service. The people were good at handling the car and everything. A bit hard when it comes to negotiations especially when it comes to pre-owned ones as they add up their own markup fees sometimes.
Like the convenience. Customer service agent went the extra mile and called to see if our extended warranty would pay for one of the repairs and it did.
