Great service. Ladarius was very good at explaining what needed to be done and the service time was shorter than originally projected.

Cory in Parts was very helpful and informative regarding the replacement key I needed, and Diego in service was very courteous and professional in getting the key coded to my car, in a timely manner. 5 star visit for sure !

On this visit, my advisor was attentive and thoroughly explained the service needed on my vehicle. He then showed me to the customer lounge area and stated the wait was approximately 1.5 hours. 45 minutes later I received a text message that my vehicle was ready. Great service.

Texas Toyota of GV does good work nearly always same day service. They are not cheap but no one is these days. My only real complaint is they did not have the shuttle service as they have had in the past so I had to schedule on a Saturday. Not sure if that was just temporary or not but I have always used the shuttle service in the past.

They show on the checklist that they rotated my tires. My right side tires were both a couple pounds low, but they didn't put any air in them at all. I understand that they no longer run the cars through a wash or vacuum them, but they can't put a couple pounds of air in the tires they were already rotating?
