Amazing experience! My service advisor Sabrina Parks went above and beyond to help me set a quick appointment for oil change and really appreciate her advice on body work. She also made getting my inspection done for my tags a quick turnaround. Please give her a big bonus, she is an asset to Texas Toyota of Grapevine.

My service advisor is great. My only complaint is the wait time. It takes up my whole day getting my car serviced.

I was assigned an associate to communicate with me the entire time the service was being done. He would keep me updated and ask me if I wanted certain things done to the car before doing it. A++

They only partially fixed a recall issue. I'll havebto return to get a permanent fix, meanwhile I wait and hope my vehicle doesn't catch fire. The wiper and filters replacement cost was obscene. I won't be getting that done here again. They did say it would take two hours to do the work and they did it in less time. Kudos there. Service person was friendly and informative. Comfortable waiting area. I wish they had washed my vehicle. Freeman Toyota does. Maybe I should go there for service.
