Alex was very helpful as well as his back up person when he was on the phone. She walked me through what the extra services they were recommending. My husband didn't want me to have them done, but I will a little later. He was in the hospital & it was very stressful time, esp where my car broke down because of the battery.

I never felt forced to buy anything like most car dealerships do. I had a great experience and will buy my next car from them again.
