The Team worked diligently together to get my file up and moving. I was somewhat unhappy with the Appraisal Fee...I paid almost twice as much as actual fee....beyond that the experience was relatively seamless. The entire process took two months Frim start to finish and for that I was very pleased. Good company to reach out to if considering a ReFi.

This was a super easy refinance process. The people I worked with were wonderful! It was much more personal experience than dealing with a bank where you rarely get to talk with anyone

Gary Alexander was mostly good but I had to resend information numerous times.. Was not overly satisfied with the loan prosessor Janie. The entire refinance took way too long! Was not satisfied with the way the title company Pirma did the closing!!!
