DO NOT KID YOURSELF, STOP MAKING EXCUSES AND REFINANCE NOW, THE RATES AT TEXAS LENDING ARE OUTSTANDING. TEXAS LENDING RATES ARE THE BEST I FOUND!! The original rate we accepted was lowered before we closed we could not be happier. What are you waiting for!!
