Ashley Rimmer Ratzel and Machell Williams from Texas Lending, and Curtis Partain from Prima Title were outstanding. One suggestion I would have is to provide instructions for completing the Consumer Explanation Letter. Several back and forth phone calls were required to complete the document. It is not customer friendly.
