The interest rate is excellent! My loaner officer Sheila is excellent too. But the approval process is very lengthy and took more than 4 weeks! Some times the same info was requested repeatedly. Understand this is special time and you are super busy so no complaints

I shopped quite a few lenders when I first started looking for financing for my new home. The reason I chose Brian and TexasLending is they offered me the lowest rate out of all the lenders. The rate was nice and the service was even better. They communicated often and kept me abreast of the status of my loan the whole way through. Towards the end there was a delay (that I caused) with needed documents, but they still managed to pull through, get it done, and close on time. Amazing! Thank you TexasLending!
