Took way to long and to many back and forths with too many mistakes! Brian was great but the back and forth with the team was frustrating! Our second mortgage with y’all and the first one was brilliant. This one had a lot of issues!

My experience with Texas Lending had it's ups and down. The cost versus other lenders were very comparable, and it was nice to have a couple of fees waived. However my main point of contact was late on some responses, and totally ignored my last email. I also felt like I didn't get the opportunity to put down as much cash as I wanted. Fees also changed on the night before closing and no one explained why.
