It was easy and fast to refinance our loan from 30 years to 20 years AND get cash out!! Less than 25 days from application to cash in the bank. The people we worked with were AMAZINGLY helpful and most of it was done via email - also very convenient!!

It was a smooth process. There were some phone issues in their end, so communication was not as easy as it should have been, but Juan was great to work with!!
