Great if not for Simpson. Well, another manager and assistant manager down. This past year, we've cycled through four managers – one who never began work, another who quit after a few weeks, another after a few months, and one who disappeared for a few months before showing up for her last week. I like the... (Verified Renter) I like the location, but all the bums and drug den tents in the neighborhood are getting scary. Denver needs to figure out a solution to get rid of the tents.
May not recommend... (Verified Renter) May not recommend this building as it is not as secure as it needs to be for its location to downtown. The parking garage is not secure by any means. Too many 'reserved' spaces not being used that could be released to general parking.
