I wish I could give the branbury zero stars. They're the absolute worst. Management doesn't care, RA's don't care. No one there cares. Throughout the year they do "cleaning checks" which is basically the ra coming in and looking for one second and saying you passed. The apartments are disgusting. Their Management style is terrible. They didn't go fix the AC in my old apartment, until I had paid a fee to move into a new apartment in the complex.
They just want all your money and can careless about Everything else, it's not worth the money. They even make your pay a full month of rent when your move out day is only two weeks in
I would give them less stars if I could. This place has been horrible. It is impossible to get somebody to help you with your apartment. Something is wrong with your apartment, they don't care. The only thing they care about is your money. Please don't bother with this place it is the worst.
The only reason I am giving 1 star is because there is no option to give no stars. I read a review awhile ago (before living at The Branbury) that said "I wouldn't recommend this place to even my worst enemy." I pondered the harshness of this review many times while living at the Branbury and have came to the realize the truthfulness of this fellow's statement. My Daughters apartment flooded 3 times! The third time she wanted out! Not only did they not let her out of her lease they did not offer any compensation for the deplorable conditions! Three separate floods! Come on!! The owners and managers hide behind there minion employee's. Think twice before you send your kids to live here.
So far no problems except water was shut off and I didn't find out until I tried to take a shower. There was no water and I had toostpobe a date. I was so embarrassed.
Overpriced and poor management. Just one example. Our electronic key starts working intermittently, we put in a work order. three weeks later i cant get in to my apartment (at 2 in the morning on december 20th (its cold)) because it completely stops working...
