DO NOT SIGN WITH THE BRANBURY. My apartment was infested with bugs. The laundry room was disgusting. The problem is management. Yeah, they look great by deciding to renovating everything (which really is not that great), however, the issue is their unreasonable fees and thinking. Let me illustrate this for all of you. A complex that conservatively makes $2.8 Million a year should not be charging $5 for not leaving an envelope with a forwarding address (security deposit) when you check out. Maintenance takes forever overpriced no reason fees the management sucks as well I wish I could rate it as a zero star just because of how awful this place is I'm embarrassed to even mention I was there they have changed the online system so many times that I wished it just worked
Talked to the accountant last year about removing a fee I didn't owe since I sold my contract in 2013. The girl never moved in or set up an account and they pinned the payment on me after she already signed. Accountant confirmed this was true and told me I could pay half. I refused and she said she'd take care of it. Here we are in 2016 and It's still on my credit. Absolutely ridiculous. I've emailed and called and no one has contacted me back. Do not live here.
I lived at this place for a year , the worse decision . I'm an international student and they management at this place took advantage of that . I didn't received my deposit of 200 dollars , besides that I moved cleaning everything with pictures and either way they charge me 100 dollars more . I hate this place and the management sucks. They don't keep their word and deviate from the contract. They are inconsistent and over charge for everything. The rooms and apartments are outdated and old and the check out process is ridiculous. I will never suggest or recommend this location to anyone.
