I have lived at the Branbury for a little over a year, and it has been an excellent experience! The staff members are really nice, and have acted on my maintenance requests very quickly. They have done well in making my stay here memorable. :)
Honestly I wish I could give The Branbury more than 5 stars! I've spent over a year living here and it has been nothing short of a blast. Great YSA wards, they throw awesome events all the time and the property is always kept looking beautiful. The management team is also so amazing and always so kind and so willing to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is great and always responds very quickly. To everyone complaining about management and issues they have. Instead of complaining and blaming behind a screen. Do something about it. I lived there for 3 years. There were hard times where I hated it. It it was no ones fault. I moved between 3 different units. The first was gross and I talked to them. They got it fixed up. Perfect. 2nd same situation and the 3rd was perfect. anything I ever needed got handled. And even roommate situations were addressed. If you have a hard time with the branbury. That is your fault. The Branbury is the best place anyone could ever live here in Provo, Utah! I just love it here. The peopl are great. The apartments are great. The management is great. I always get the help I need and they have never failed to be here for me. I especially love the people. Joshua is such a great leasing agent and all the management has just been fantastic. Free cookies all the time. Thanks Riker and Casey! I have made the best of friends here. Choose to live here!!! You won't regret it!
I've lived here for a year now and just renewed my contract for another year! Obviously The Branbury isn't perfect, no student apartment housing will be, but The Branbury is, in my opinion, one of the best. The management renovated the entire complex this past summer so all the furniture is brand new. They're finishing up wood flooring in all the apartments and while my apartment doesn't have the new flooring yet, I appreciate management's efforts to make the place nicer. Nice place to live! I have been living here for almost two years and I have never had a problem or negative thing to say.
I'm just a resident of the Branbury( I don't work for branbury) and Im going to say something very important.........the branbury isn't the problem, the residents can be. Here's what I mean. Management is great. Everything I've needed to be fixed in my room like a dresser, toliet etc has been fixed quickly. The branbury has about 900 people so they do well to work with that many people.
