I love the Branbury! The rental rates are good, especially if you have a 12-month contract. The maintenance team is super fast, and they are such over achievers! One time they did our dishes after unclogging our kitchen sink, and another time they repaired our towel rod I had forgotten about after unclogging our shower drain. The location is awesome and the activities are great! The newly remodeled leasing office, fitness center, and lounge area is awesome. I've really enjoyed living here. They have been really good to me over the last year or so that I've lived here. Today they actually gave me a little basket of treats randomly today just because. They have gone out of their way to help me personally multiple times. In general tho, it's very cheap especially considering all of the amenities. (i have gotten multiple great free haircuts here) It is an older place but they are constantly working to improve it. They are currently replacing some of the old cement. When i lived there in '06-'07 i had a lot of fun. The byu 30th ward was great! There was a time that the window in my apartment leaked during a rain storm. Water was pouring in. The carpet was soaked and it took maintenance a long time to fix it. They said they sealed the window...which they didnt because a week later it happened again. Other than this issue and the issue of guys creeping around girls apartments and in the laundry room....i enjoyed this place.
