Piece of shit housing. The maintenence was awful, they liked to randomly jack up prices, office staff was rude, apartments were disgusting and you don't get your deposit back. Another downfall is people would randomly come in and out of the apartment. Never felt safe here once. Waste of money, time and energy. Only plus side, if you're lds the wards are amazing. That's about it. Just walk away and don't consider it.
It is the worst! I totally regret living here! I can't believe how bad they are at doing business.. When I first moved in, the apartment wasn't clean, and filled with stuff that doesnt belong to anyone living in the apartment! The parking lot is always busy! They will get into your apartment whenever they want sometimes without letting you know like what happened few times it's ok to see your door unlocked when you come back from college.. one time I was asleep and they opened my room's door and then they apologized! Worst place Ive ever lived. I've been given at least 3 random fees in the past 5 months of living here. I was one day late on rent and was given a notice stating that I needed to pay it or leave, along with a $60 fee. I was kicked out of my own room and given another notice stating that I needed to move my stuff to another room or I'd have to talk to their attorneys, along with a $30 fee. This place is absolutely horrid. Would not recommend it to anybody, unless you like paying an exorbitant amount to live in squalid conditions and getting scammed out of your money when you try and leave for better environs. You can easily save your money at a significantly nicer place at almost anywhere else in Provo or Orem. Only wish I had known that sooner.
The Branbury must be the WORST place to live in Provo. I stayed there during the fall and spring semester of 2016-17 and honestly had a terrible experience. The apartments are dull and depressing and trying to get the maintenance crew to do something is like pulling teeth. There is never enough parking and worst of all the customer service is terrible.
