Bridge in the office is the only good part. Cost of "maintenance", parking, and rent is a joke. Maintenance and cleaning checks are a joke. Phone number is useless unless they think you are trying to rent, but I've never had the resident line pick up. They don't respond to messages sent through the dashboard either. The website (run through Entrata) is broken and has never worked. The keys don't always work. The sprinklers don't work. Dogs poop in their grass (and are left there). MINUS 5 Stars Facebook didn't allow putting in # of stars so my review is not factored into their average. Be aware that Branbury will deduct $50 off next month rent if you write a 5 star review. It's not rational to think an apartment complex would get so many 5 stars. Come on now. I'm not even sure that BYU housing office would allow this pay-for-5 star review scheme they have. My daughter has lived at the Branbury for a year and just moved out. Although she passed every white glove check during the year, they now refuse to pay back her deposit and ask for a cleaning fee, even though we have video of how clean her room was. We now know of at least 3 other people who are having the same problem. And they don’t answer our calls, do not call back when we leave messages or reply to our emails. Very rude, disappointing and not up to Mormon standards.
I made a Google review, but they hid it behind all their 5 star reviews so I'm going to post mine here. I've only lived in two apartment complexes since moving from home, but The Branbury was HANDS DOWN the worst place I've ever lived. There was a list of problems with my apartment, so I'll just start from the beginning. When I first moved in, the blinds in my room were broken and wouldn't open, no matter what I tried. For my first experience living away from home it was fine. I give a 3 because of the excitement of living away from home and the staff was good to answer questions and send out repairmen with certain problems. I met a few people that I really liked too. I liked the external look of Branbury and they were good to host regular events. Grass was kept up well too.
