Well the service was not what I expected especially when you spend nearly $75.00 for a steak. The entrees do not come with anything and if you want a side you must purchase it separately. The food came out cold, and it did not even come close to other steak houses like The Rustic Routes Tomahawk steak. I would not recommend this place to any of my family or friends.
Lackluster, subpar, or even downright terrible are all words that come to mind when describing this dining experience. Went on NYE and the place was maybe 1/3 occupied when we arrived. Took 15-20 minutes just to get food menus. Signature cocktails on the menu were gross and tasted like liquid candy. All of the tables within earshot were sending their drinks back as well. We made a similar move and switched to wine--cant mess that up! (Except for the price...$25/glass) The least flavorful bland bread came out shortly after or... read more
The service was awful. They only gave us one menu when they sat our party of 3. Took forever to get water glasses filled. Waiter didn’t take our drink and food orders for at least 30 minutes after we arrived. Our cocktails were served after our dinner even though we’d ordered them well before the food. We were very excited to try this place but highly disappointed in the service.
The food was barely warm, the steaks were over cooked, the service was chaotic (we had 4 different servers, none of them knew what the others were doing), and finally, they could not figure out how to honor an Open Table credit. This was a very bad experience.
This has to be the worst value of any restaurant I have ever been to. Steaks came out room temperature, bread cold, olive oil bland, miniature twice baked potato’s, $250 bucks for two and we brought our own bottle of wine. This is not a serious steak house, everyone around us was laughing about how disappointed they were. Cocktails were $19 for Gin and tonic plus $17 for vodka tonic and it took 30 minutes to get them. Seriously? Felt bad for our waitress
We came here to celebrate New Year’s Eve, We started with drinks, my friend ordered the Napa Valley Manhattan, she was brought a mojito, the server says, oh sorry I got them mixed up, there’s a Napa Valley Mojito too. Maybe? We didn’t see it on the menu. Her correct order came out within a minute, it was probably the worst Manhattan she’s ever had. We ordered our food, the octopus appetizer was pretty good, tender and good flavor, the crab cake I’m told was delicious. My husband ordered the scallops, which was good. I got th... read more
Worst service ever, the “waiter” took 20 minutes to bring our drinks and had to flagged over to take the order then the Salad, COLD Porterhouse Steak, COLD Sautéed Carrots were all brought at once, COLD Steak & Carrots were sent back and the Steak came back Well Done because all they did was throw it on the flat top or a skillet to warm it up Never going back to this restaurant
Our party of 4 was seated right away on Christmas evening. It took us 15 minutes to be asked if we'd like water and another 10 minutes to get a menu. They final took the food order and asked about drinks. Part of our order was wrong, cold and some not cooked to order. The didn't offer any way to fix it or compensation for their mess up. For the cost the portions were small. Won't be going there again. It was disorganized chaos to say the least.
Service lovely, food.... Trash. Awful steaks for the price.... A grocery store has better quality. To much fat, sides overpriced..... Disappointed.
