Service was terrible, granted it was Feb 13th, not the 14th actual Valentine's Day so bound to be busy, but I had a reservation and was told we had a cut off time of 90 mins, which is fine. But it took 45min to get A drink, then once it came it was nothing close to what I ordered....ugh!!, our appetizers were out before our drinks. Steak had no flavor. I asked for salt and server brought a salt shaker without the cap. Drinks were gross and took forever. Servers were rude and wouldn't say excuse me and kept cutting in front of guest.
The food was sub-par, but I’m assuming it was due to the Valentine’s day business. The manager and staff were absolutely lovely and took care of us and our concerns with the meal. Just for as pricy as the Valentine’s day meal was I would have hoped it to be a more quality meal.
food was cold and service was nonexistent. Butchers cut is another typical restaurant that wants to capitalize on vday and churn through as many customers as possible. Not sure what they are like on a typical evening but I dont plan on finding out as I was put off by my experience. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant.
Came here for the special Valentine’s Day 3 course menu. The server forgot what beer I ordered and it took her 10 minutes to come back with a bottle of Peroni. We both ordered the wedge salad which was delicious, but pretty hard to ruin. The sides were ice cold, the steaks had a great flavor but it was apparent they were precooked and rewarmed before serving. Went to celebrate my girlfriends birthday- upon arrival we checked in and were told our table was being cleaned and if we could wait a few so they could check in the rest of the guests in line. - we were forgotten about and 4 parties were sat down before us. It wasn’t until I asked that they said they were still cleaning our table. Expensive drinks in small glasses and not full. Ran out of water and had to ask twice for more. Small portions for the $$$. Certainly expected more from this place.
birthday celebration. food was ok. mac and cheese was watery not much taste besides macaroni and lobster no cheesy taste. drinks were ok they were out of peices of every drink. im sure covid is to blame. they cut the lights off on us before we were even finished. waiter was nice but when he was busy none of the other wait staff could help they just stared or said they would get him. all and all..it was so so
My wife and I reserved on open table. Our reservation was confirmed the day before. We had a babysitter lined up. Drive to the restaurant and come to find out they were closed. Seriously?!
