I specifically made a reservation on Valentines weekend here because they showed a full menu option. Unfortunately when we arrived the restaurant had decided to change and do a prefixed meal. At this point it was too late to change restaurants so it was our only option. Not cool.
Restaurant needs to have diet drinks for those with diabetes. Like myself. No Diet Coke nor Diet Pepsi? Something so basic but lacking of it? No good
The food is average. The music was some sort of free service that kept cutting off. And the Valentine's Day package was a total ripoff. But our waiter was good.
Disappointing meal which I find a rarity lately. For this type of premium, you expect quality. Service was mediocre and the drinks and food weren’t even. Stereo was unusually loud and going in and out like someone was walking too far from a Bluetooth. The people next to us on both sides were all laughing about how bad that was. Most importantly, my steak was just not that good. You had one job. Lobster tail was under-done. My fiancé did love her lobster ravioli. We sat at times unattended for north of 20 minutes in between c... read more
This experience felt like the restaurant was banquet cooking. Having dishes ready before items were ordered. My wife’s was overcooked and charred. She asked for medium. And it came out in less than 10 mins. And it was well done. My “Cupid’s Potion” tasted like cough syrup. My Lobster Ravioli was cold. Like it was sitting waiting for it to be order. And the restaurant had the audacity to demand a $50 per person reservation. And if you cancelled they would they would take the $100 dollars. I honestly rather them had took money... read more
Went to what is a self proclaimed steakhouse for a Valentine's Day date night and received some of the poorest qulaity foor one could for $75/person. Steak was dry and unflavored, lobster was burnt and the "butter" provided was oil, the brusellsprouts were slimy and the champagne toast was sparkling moscato. A horrible dinner experience in which the restaurant tried to capitalize on a busy night, overbooked and failed miserably.
This was definitely disappointing. We came for their Valentine’s Day special. To start, we tried to order a cocktail, the waitress let us know that they received poor reviews on it and to make another selection. Food service was honestly quite awkward as they dropped entrees 5 minutes after an app, dessert 5 minutes after our entree. We had to keep politely asking for them to wait until we were finished with our current plates. As far as the food quality, definitely not worth $75 per person for this special. I don’t mind spe... read more
I believe they booked to many reservations for the night and didn’t have enough servers for the amount of the tables so orders were taking longer to be placed and food was coming out completely slow and there was already a time limit for table time. Waiter was amazing she just had way to many tables. It also started to rain and it took them a long time to accommodate outside tables.
Very busy on Valentines. Didnt get water for about 45 minutes. Didnt get my beer till after i finished my steak. Manager and host did an amazing job. More qualifies servers would help the establishment.
