They could not even get the steak temperature right. The service was also lackluster, but the biggest offense is calling themselves a steakhouse, yet delivering a plate of overcooked steak.

For the price point, our experience was sub-par. We ordered 2 NY Strip medium. It was delivered medium rare at best. They took it back to cook it more which gently warmed the steak. Other restaurants we have dined at actually brought us a whole new steak cooked to our liking along with new sides. This restaurant is a la carte with very pricey sides added to the price of the protein which was over priced to start. Once our meal was delivered, the waiter did not return to our table once to see how our meal was. We had called e... read more

Steak had no flavor, cream spinach was watery, despite requesting a GF charcuterie board we received one with bread the first time, and I asked for a Suntory Toki highball and just received a glass of straight whiskey. Server obviously did not care, he barely came to the table. Would not recommend.

Horrible!!!!! Way over priced. It’s a total tourist trap. It has a cool meat locker encased in glass so you can see all of the meat. But you can walk in and take a look at it or grab a picture if your into that. I’m a total pig..,.especially when it comes to dessert. The tuna tartare app was disgusting. The twice baked potato....yuck. The other potato we had....yuck. We asked the server some questions and he kept suggesting the most expensive things on the menu even though we kept asking about other dishes and telling him we... read more

Place was pretty pleasant and staff was really nice. The food was really terrible. We came expecting a stake. plane simple fatty tasty steak. What we got was a tryout of adding sauce and taste to the stake that was tt unnecessary and ruined the stake. side dishes were also not good. Ended up paying big money for what it felt like a tourist trap

My wife and I decided to give this place a go, we opted for a Saturday evening with outdoor dining. The food was not worth the price and the entire experience felt rushed and out of order. To start with we ordered the SEARED SALMON SASHIMI seared medium rare, cilantro, scallions, soy lemon vinaigrette. The seared salmon didn't look seared; however, it was served warm which in itself was concerning given "Sashimi" is not warm. There was no flavor and certainly could not taste or see cilantro anywhere on the dish. In addition ... read more

The food was over cooked. Management need to get a grip of what’s going on in the restaurant. My group spent of $1K and the quality of food was very poor. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. I have been to many steak houses such as The Old Homestead, Peter Lugers, Palm, Capital Grille , etc and this place just sucks. The worst thing I was dining super clients and I look terrible. Enough said.

I ordered the filet mignon medium rare. I immediately asked to send it back as it was definitely medium in the edges with very little pink. The server took it back and the manager brought the same plate back saying the lighting inside(as we were outside) showed the filet was cooked correctly. I felt the way they handled it was not professional as they completely disregarded my opinion and were not offering any substitute. Just going to stick with Ruth Chris’s!!! Why mess w perfection.
