Worst bus service. Not in time. No customer service response. No update. No call pick up. I would rather walk than take this one.
This bus made us very late for our flight. The Canada bus was 2 hours late for a 5:30 pm departure from the Southgate LRT station to the Calgary airport. We received absolutely no notice through email or phone of the delay. I had to call the customer service literally 10 times before someone picked up and they had no clue if the bus was cancelled or delayed. This was an incredibly unpleasant experience 0/5 stars, I can firmly say I will never be wasting my time and money with this company again.

If you want terrible customer service, and unreasonable delays please book a trip with canada bus today! The only reason this review is 1 star is because I cannot post it with 0. We booked a trip with a 530 pm departure from the edmonton southgate lrt station to the calgary airport, and didnt get on the bus until 730 pm. The company did not communicate the delays to us and we were left in the dark for 2 hours. We tried to call the help number many times and when we got through to them they where extremely unhelpful and rude.... read more

The Canada bus didn’t show up, no announcement 2024-08-09 From Edmonton to Calgary Wait of my time
poor service. was told i would be picked up at calgary airport. 10 minutes before pickup a stranger tells me canada bus called her and said they were sending ubers for us instead. had to wait further, because the ubers sent couldnt fit our luggage. finally get to the bus and cant charge my dead phone because the outlets are broken. i paid 70 bucks for this?
The bus from Edmonton to Calgary takes at least 3 1/2 hours To 4 hours with No cigarette break in red deer. If you smoke, this is not the bus for you!!

Took the bus from Edmonton to Calgary. Bus dropped us off at Whitehorn. Then we had to take the LRT for half hour to Westbrook mall. Why are there no lockers? Also...the mall closed & booted us out. We had to wait over 3 hours for our next bus to Kamloops...outside. No heads up from TCB. Sad. This is BULLSHIT. Not happy about this at all. Sure...the bus ride was nice to Calgary...but after that...there was no place for us to go. Hopefully...this is the last time I take this bus...only because of us being stranded outside of ... read more
I am a frequent rider through BusBud and I only ride with Canadian bus. I Choose Canadian Bus because it's comfortable. Drivers are normally very kind but my experience today was very upsetting. I was riding from Calgary to Edmonton for work but because of people missing their buses I was told by the driver Canadian bus will no longer make a 10 minute stop in Red Deer at the Tim hortons. Things were mostly fine until the bus stop at a station that wasn't advertised and would have made it more convenient for me to finish the trip home. I went to get off the bus and was told it would cost me an extra $20 TO GET OFF THE BUS THERE. I was basically forced to use their service, even though I didn't want to, being effectively confined back onto the bus. Sure, it's 'only $20" but I didn't want to be on the bus at that point.
