Disappointing No room service, not even giving new towel. Had to wait 20minutes everyday to get towels, people not really nice.. Happy hour, location, nice room size, different options of restaurants.

Our nightly complimentary Happy Hour is a guest favorite where they mingle and socialize. We offer housekeeping service every 3rd day of your stay, but we will remove trash and replace towels daily. Calidad media No me gusto que pidan dinero 100usd como garantía y que después no lo devuelvan, llevo 4 correos electrónicos y no responde. no tienen para dejar maletas y los aire acondicionados son viejos.

Bad The front desk lady had no care at all I will never retire to the Catalina I didn't like it the rooms weren't ready when checknin at 3 so I the attended act like she had a care in the world so I will never refer anyone to the Catalina

Fair The room was right above the bar and the music was loud. I liked that it was conveniently located and close to everything I wanted to do.
