Downfall This was our fifth stay at this hotel. We stayed here four times between 2013 and 2017. There will not be another time... This used to be a cool hotel with a friendly atmosphere with a unique setup of hotel, club and restaurant. Cons Room Room was quite worn, loose and broken floortiles in the bathroom. Shower water leaking out on bathroom floor. No hooks/hangers in bathroom. Broken/worn out wardrobe. Poor Stayed 4 nights. Room cleaning was available on day 3. Called twice, morning and night and they never came. Also In closet there were cockroaches. Took some video. Shower only had hot water couldn’t even regulate it.
Terrible When we moved in the rooms were absolutely filthy. The bed sheets had not been changed and were covered in make up stains. There were used towels in the closet left by previous guests. There were long black hairs everywhere on the floor and crumbs under the tables. The room smelt stale and it was overall just filthy. We asked the staff to call house keeping and clean the room, and left for the day. We came back 3/4hours later and nothing had been cleaned.
