Lovely staff, bathroom had blood on floor and wall. So needs a deep clean

Fair No parking having to go to another hotel then walk through restaurant to get to room. Didn't care for cloth on pool lounge chairs on roof top pool. @ Taco Taco told we shouldn't sit @ a booth because it's was 4or more people they were not busy got a drink and left. Couldn't reach front for toilet paper towels wash clothes Location was great close to everything

We do not have parking at the hotel, but valet service is available via a third party. Most boutique hotels in Miami Beach have a restaurant on the ground floor, so guests will need to walk through this area to access their rooms. Poor I have booked some hotels through booking, so have my friends and families, but the one I was at yesterday has to be one of the worst I have experienced in my life. 603 dollars for that nonsense. My God, I really thought booking didn't include all hotels in their register, I thought you might have some standard. The bedding was damped they feelt wet. The whole hotel smelled strange and when you tried to take heavy breath it feelt like it burned in your nose. Lets not forget to mention that it was very dirty. My God the ... read more
