Horrible Hard bed, water leaks . You have to walk to front desk for towels and ice. They got bed bugs bad. My son body covered in bites. They try to keep your deposit. This use to be my favorite hotel but they have went down bad since my last stay . Pool only open from 12 noon till 7 pm even on weekends. Never will stay again Location
Would recommend hotel to anybody. The bathroom small. The shower head water wasn’t working properly. The room is small. Nothing

Don’t recommend. The cleanliness of the rooms. The blinds were broken. The bathroom window was broken it couldn’t close. The room was very small. 4 nights and no one ever came to clean the room. Didn’t feel safe. One night I was sitting in the lobby and a homeless man walked right in and up the stairs. I liked Richard from the Taco Taco restaurant and Katie from the front desk. Was able to check in early.

We appreciate your feedback, Candice. We are a historic hotel built in the early 1900’s, so our boutique rooms are a bit smaller than modern accommodations. This is typical in Miami Beach. Although we offer housekeeping service every third day of your stay, we will remove the trash and replace towels daily. Property would be nice, if the tighten cleanliness! We didn’t have any face towels for the bathroom. The front desk never answer the phone and the bathroom had long hair on the floor. I really enjoyed the location.

Bueno, cómodo y precio accesible. Solo al tomar el desayuno en restaurante se demoraron en atenderme. La comida si es rica. E realidad me gustó todo, este hotel tiene 3 edificios juntos y a mi me tocó en donde está el bar. Todo limpio, los cuartos bonitos y tiene lo necesario.
