Bad Toda la experiencia fue pésima, desde la llegada. El personal totalmente descortés. Encontré el baño de la habitación sucio, y cuando fui a reclamar no me creyeron porque "en el sistema aparecía como limpio". ME cambiaron de habitación, igual de mala. El sistema de apertura de puerta es casi obsoleto, la tarjeta se desmagnetizaba cada vez que intentábamos entrar. Las alfombras sucias, malolientes. El personal terrible. Absolutamente nada
Great location, room could of been a lot better. The cleanliness of our room left a lot to be desired. The sheets had black mold spots on them as well as brown stains, not sure if they were makeup/food stains. The floor looked as if it had not been cleaned/mopped in a long time. We were too grossed out to walk barefoot so kept our shoes on the entire time. Our room was on the left side of the hotel next to an alley and every morning we were woken up by loud sounds. Very inconvenient The first room they gave me was dirty. The elevator kept getting stuck and every day I had to go downstairs to get new keys because the key stopped working after the first use. The only thing we liked is that it had a pool

Very disappointed they didn’t refund the deposit Staff not friendly at all , Be careful they will ask you about 100$ deposit per day and they will say it’s refundable after 24hrs ! I didn’t receive my money and I complained nobody answer Big room near to the beach

They never give me my cash back for the security et when I call and ask to speak with someone they cut the conversation! Insane insane insane !!!! The worst experience ever !!
