About The Chef My name is Paul Friedman and I like to think of myself as just an ordinary guy who has had a lifetime love affair with food and the fortune of having owned and operated 58 restaurants in South Africa, Europe and the United States. Chefs Table is one of my favorite restaurants, hands down! I usually come for dinner or lunch, and the food is always spectacular. I've never had Chef Paul's brunch, but I bet it's just more delicious food I can become addicted to. My favorite dish for lunch is the Steak Sandwich. My favorite for dinner is The Diane Sisters. Overall, no matter what you get, you are bound to be pleased!
