Good It is an old building which gives it both charm and issues. Our door was heavy and the trim had years of landlord special making it hard to open. We also had issues with our toilet and it took some tricks to get it working correctly Our lake view and fountain view could not be beat. Staff were all nice and professional. While the room was old it was clean and updated. The photo of the view does not do it justice
Amazing location, historic building, comfortable beds, underwhelming customer service The staff just didn’t really seem to want to be there, no one seemed happy. Almost as if you were inconveniencing them by being there. No one I meet was proactive about anything and only seemed to do the minimum to still be considered, customer service. All in all, it just seemed kind of odd and offputting. The location was amazing. It seemed as if everything was with in walking distance, and if not the train was easy to find.

Fabulous, highly recommend. Staff weren’t helpful on desk and were quite rude. Dort staff were awesome. Close to everything we wanted to see. Navy pier , miracle mile and fantastic city

Pleasant really really old hotel and it's starting to show its age, door to my room had to be pushed really hard to close or open, not a bad stay just a really old vibe and aesthetic Great location, right in front of the park, staff i interacted with was friendly
