Exceptional Nothing, it was really good and surpassed my expectations. Stayed here with children. It was very clean and spacious, had all the amenities we needed. It was fairly quiet too, which gave us a night of restful sleep. We got the Lakeview room overlooking Michigan Lake, Buckingham Fountain, and can see Navy Pier as well. So that was a very nice touch to the stay.

Very pleasant stay in a great hotel A small inconvenience is the lack of a microwave We were very satisfied with the hotel and can not understand the bad reviews it has. Our room was renovated, clean and the location is great
Exceptional That the TV channel guide was hidden and not out easily located. That the staff at the front desk does not know if they offer continental breakfast. It looked so old-fashioned.
