Disappointing The beds sucked and the tv was way to small for the room size. The staff helping with bags he was awesome and super helpful
Bad The experience was horrible I will never stay there. The air conditioner was not working the water in the tub was not going down the water in the sink was not going down the staff had to bring a fan to the room the toilet was having a hard time flushing it was horrible.

Poor Avevo bisogno di una fattura intestata alla azienda per la quale lavoro e si sono negati a farla, adducendo che solo Booking poteva emeterla, ho insistito dicendo che nella conferma ricevuta da Booking era espresso che solo l'albergo può emettere fattura. Ho scritto all'hotel richiedendo la fattura e non hanno risposto. Riproverò ancora ad avere la fattura, considero questa inadempienza un fatto grave. Ho chiesto delle informazioni su dove trovare un Exchange ed il posto da loro consigliato era chiuso.
