Very Poor
Great location / old hotel The shower hot water was a notch above a trickle. They give you two complimentary water bottles. But when I checked in, one of them was opened and a quarter empty. Seriously? Internet was fast, the view from my room onto Lake Michigan was fantastic. The room is fairly spacious.
Cold rooms Extremely cold room. Of all the hotels I visited in the world this is the first one to make me pay a deposit (50$). They only allow one device to be connected to the internet location. A nice and safe location with good comunication to the rest of the city.
A los amantes del terror les encantara!! La limpieza de los pasillos del hotel, se ve muy abandonado y falta mantenimiento así como renovar muchas puertas y papel tapiz, los muebles en los pasillos están muy deteriorados y da una sensación de miedo ese mismo abandono. Me gusto el lobby, la ubicación del hotel esta fantástica y los servicios adicionales que ofrece como las tiendas y el área de vending machines.

Room problem There was bugs in my room. They came from the refrigerator. They moved me to another room on a different floor. I was still uncomfortable. The staff was great. The hotel was nice.

Dissappointing given past performances by the Congress... I have stayed at his hotel many times, over the last four (4) stays my room location and room quality were degraded until I have decided that I would NEVER stay at the Congress Plaza Hotel in the future. The room rate is fair, but the quality has taken a nose dive. Ask for South Tower rooms because the North Tower is the oldest and most poorly appointed. I think only good thing for this hotel it very convenient Room very old and smell in the room not very good, and very difficult to find room so many door until to get to our room air con very noisy. This hotel just opposite of park and easy to get around the city and very convenient to go for site seeing.
