Not good The rooms were very dated. Nothing

Last time I’ll stay there The A/C didn’t work but luckily the windows opened and it was cool all weekend. I liked the location.
We do not stay in rooms when we travel so they are not a priority for us. But I just loved this room and enjoyed every m I love the history of the hotel. I loved our renovated room. But the hallways still need to new paint and carpet. I would not recommend the cafe for breakfast. Old dated and food not very good. The bar area was nice. We stayed on the 13th floor had lake view. It was a beautiful view all weekend long. The three large windows looking at the water felt like we were at the beach with beautiful sunrise.
Do not recommend They put us on the 12th floor and it was very old and small Windows. The other floors were full windows. Ice machine didn't work, fridge was broken. Location
Fair Bed, pillows, towels did not meet expectations. Non smoking hallway smelled like cigarettes. No thermostat in room to control temp. Location is great, staff is friendly
We loved the location and the views but our stay was very disappointing for how much we spent. I spent a good amount of money on a holiday weekend just for a whole list of complaints! I wish I would have listened to the reviews! It took forever to find our room through maze of hallways, when you asked staff for help they couldn’t speak English. The halls smelled like cigarettes and marijuana. Finally when we found our room there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. The carpets were stained and gross the bathroom... read more
Location not worth sacrificing comfort. Besides a great location, this hotel is in need of extensive updating and it should start with the rooms. I stayed in a queen with city room, not sure about all the rooms but, my room and my friends room could not control the room temp, and the bed was quite uncomfortable, and we only got one sleeping pillow. I would much rather sacrifice a great location and not have a comfortable sleeping experience and accommodations. The great location bumped it up to a 5 instead of a 3.
