Bad experience. Very old and not well maintained, our room was just beside an ice machine that made a lot of noise during all night. Staff were not very friendly. Room is very small. Expensive and bad. Location was good, downtown near buckingham fountain. That is pretty much the only good thing.
Fair Acknowledging this is a historic property, some updates are needed. Rusting bathrooms, toilet that intermittently worked properly, better pillows, etc. location okay. cleaning staff clearly tried hard with this historic property.

Poor The room was shocking. The furnishings were old, the bathroom door didn't close, there was a big gap at the bottom of the room door that let light in from the hallway, there was paint flaking off the walls, The staff, the location and the lobby

nicht zum wohlfühlen Lobby ist sehr schön, wenn man dann allerdings das Zimmer betritt, findet man Schimmel in den Ecken und auch im Badezimmer. Zimmer entspricht zwar den Fotos, aber dass die Einrichtung sehr heruntergekommen ist, sieht man dort nicht. die Lage ist gut
Zimmer groß, Lage sehr gut, Personal nicht gut. Das Möbliar ist sehr alt und die Teppiche müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Badamaturen sind sehr verrostet. Die Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, sodass man nicht lüften konnte. Das Personal war nicht wirklich höflich. Die Damen und Herren des Housekeepings haben unsere persönliche M&M Packung ungefragt geöffnet, sich daran bedient und auf den Boden neben dem Bett liegen gelassen.
